Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy where the fascia is stretched thru massage, allowing pain to be released and range of motion to be increased thus helping to balance the body. This is very relaxing.

REFLEXOLOGY - Hands and Feet - 45 Minutes - $75 - A relaxing form of therapeutic foot massage where specific reflex points are manipulated to relieve stress & tension while improving circulation. This relaxes the body from the inside out. 

RAINDROP THERAPY - 60 Minutes - $110 - The application of powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory oils dripped along the spine. These oils enhance energy by stimulating specific points which give off electrical impulses that allow the nervous system to be restored. Toxins, damaged tissue, and oxygen deprivation cause deterioration and impaired immune function. ENERGY WORK: 

EMOTION CODE SESSION – 30 minutes $45 - Developed by retired chiropractor Dr. Bradley Nelson, the Emotion Code is an energy healing technique which finds and releases stuck emotions and trauma in the body.  Each part of our body has an energetic field, including our organs and tissues. Everything in the world is made up of energy and our bodies are no exception.  Energy can become trapped and create an imbalance within us leading to physical discomfort or emotional turmoil.  When doing the Emotion Code I ask your subconscious mind using muscle testing if you have trapped emotions or trauma in the body that can be released.  The subconscious takes me to the correct location to release trauma.  I release the emotion with a magnet or simply my hand which is also magnetic.  This is NOT therapy.  I simply ask you for an issue you have that you want released.  The subconscious will take me where I need to go to release these trapped emotions in the body.  Trapped emotions can cause pain, illness, and disease in the body.  They can stop you from moving forward in your life. Your physical, mental, and emotional well-being can be improved by releasing trapped emotions.  Releasing these emotions can make a profound change in the way you feel and behave.     

BODY CODE SESSION – 30 minutes $45 - The Body Code is a comprehensive system created by Dr. Bradley Nelson that aims to identify and correct imbalances within the body, with the goal of promoting self-healing and improving overall health. It uses a holistic approach by addressing six primary categories of imbalance, which can include both physical and emotional factors. Here's an overview of the six categories:

Energy: This category includes trapped emotions (emotions that are stuck in the body from past experiences), physical trauma, emotional trauma, and allergies. These trapped emotions and experiences can block the body’s natural energy flow, leading to discomfort and dysfunction.

Circuits & Systems: This focuses on the body’s energy systems, including chakras, meridians, glands, organs, and the various cycles and rhythms of the body. Imbalances in this area can disrupt the body’s natural processes, leading to dysfunction in physical and emotional well-being.

CHEMICAL PEELS

Light Emitting Diode (LED) Phototherapy is the application of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits.  LED Phototherapy is known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties.  Phototherapy can: increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, kill acne bacteria, decrease inflammation, improve skin tone, texture, and clarity, reduce muscle and joint pain, stiffness, spasms, and arthritis.  Blue LED penetrates through the epidermis and is known to kill P acnes bacteria.  Red LED penetrates into the dermal layer and has been shown to enhance collagen and elastin production.  Near-Infrared penetrates the deepest and increases tissue repair which decreasing inflammation and pain. 

LED Light therapy can be added to any facial to either reduce acne, help produce collagen, or reduce inflammation.  This would need to be booked in advance so the extra 30 minutes can be added on.
