SWEDISH MASSAGE - A massage that uses gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle tension while allowing relaxation. This massage increases oxygen in the blood while releasing toxins from the muscle.

NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY - Neuromuscular Therapy is used to relieve tense and painful muscle tissue. It is an advanced form of deep tissue massage therapy which requires a high degree of anatomical precision, specificity and skilled palpation. Neuromuscular Therapy is very effective for relief of chronic pain and restoring homeostasis (balance) between the muscular and nervous systems.

MYOFASCIAL THERAPY -  Fascia is a seamless web of connective tissue that covers and connects the muscles, organs, and skeletal structures and runs from the top of the head to the tip of the toes without interruption. Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy where the fascia is stretched thru massage, allowing pain to be released and range of motion to be increased thus helping to balance the body. This is very relaxing.

BAMBOO-FUSION MASSAGE  Warm bamboo shoots are used to massage the entire body using relaxing Swedish style strokes or deep tissue techniques. Different sized bamboo shoots are used to roll and knead away stress and tension.

HOT STONE MASSAGE - Heated rocks are used to massage the body and warm the tissue, relax muscles & smooth away aches & pains.

REFLEXOLOGY - Hands and Feet - 45 Minutes - $85 - A relaxing form of therapeutic foot massage where specific reflex points are manipulated to relieve stress & tension while improving circulation. This relaxes the body from the inside out. 

RAINDROP THERAPY - 60 Minutes - $125 - The application of powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory oils dripped along the spine. These oils enhance energy by stimulating specific points which give off electrical impulses that allow the nervous system to be restored. Toxins, damaged tissue, and oxygen deprivation cause deterioration and impaired immune function. The use of these oils helps to strengthen the immune system, detoxify the body, and kill off any viruses living along the spinal column bringing structural and electrical alignment to the body. 

ENERGY WORK: Energy work is typically done on Zoom or Facebook Messenger.  You don't need to be in person.   You can come in person if you wish,  but it isn't necessary.

EMOTION CODE SESSION – 30-40 minutes $75 - Developed by retired chiropractor Dr. Bradley Nelson, the Emotion Code is an energy healing technique which finds and releases stuck emotions and trauma in the body.  Each part of our body has an energetic field, including our organs and tissues. Everything in the world is made up of energy and our bodies are no exception.  Energy can become trapped and create an imbalance within us leading to physical discomfort or emotional turmoil.  When doing the Emotion Code I ask your subconscious mind using muscle testing if you have trapped emotions or trauma in the body that can be released.  The subconscious takes me to the correct location to release trauma.  I release the emotion with a magnet or simply my hand which is also magnetic.  This is NOT therapy.  I simply ask you for an issue you have that you want released.  The subconscious will take me where I need to go to release these trapped emotions in the body.  Trapped emotions can cause pain, illness, and disease in the body.  They can stop you from moving forward in your life. Your physical, mental, and emotional well-being can be improved by releasing trapped emotions.  Releasing these emotions can make a profound change in the way you feel and behave.     

BODY CODE SESSION – 30 - 40 minutes $75 - The Body Code is a comprehensive system created by Dr. Bradley Nelson that aims to identify and correct imbalances within the body, with the goal of promoting self-healing and improving overall health. It uses a holistic approach by addressing six primary categories of imbalance, which can include both physical and emotional factors.  By addressing these imbalances, the Body Code aims to restore harmony to the body. This can lead to improved organ function, proper nutrient absorption, enhanced energy levels, and a reduction in emotional issues. While it is not meant to replace traditional medical treatment, it can complement conventional care by supporting the body’s natural healing mechanisms.  Through muscle testing and intuitive methods, practitioners of the Body Code can pinpoint the specific areas of imbalance, providing a tailored treatment to encourage the body’s self-healing process.
